What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer cancellation calls and work to retain them as Aura customers.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to existing customers with failed subscription payments.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
• Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Master the art of evangelizing Aura's story and mission to customers.
• Consult with customers on best practices to enhance their online identity protection.
• Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura's Identity, Privacy, and Security solutions with customer needs.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and recent events to be a trusted resource for customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales or retention experience, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and digital security is a plus.
