What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer cancellation calls and work to retain them as Aura customers.
- Conduct daily outbound calls to existing customers with failed subscription payments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Master the art of evangelizing Aura's story and mission to customers.
- Consult with customers on best practices to enhance their online identity protection.
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura's Identity, Privacy, and Security solutions with customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and recent events to be a trusted resource for customers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales or retention experience, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and digital security is a plus.
