About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative remote to join our team in Philadelphia. This is a hybrid opportunity that allows you to work both from home and in the office. As an Inside Sales Representative remote, you will play a key role in preparing detailed and accurate quotes for dance flooring systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare detailed quotations for dance floor systems, incorporating product specifications and delivery logistics.
  • Provide inbound sales and technical assistance to dance professionals, studio owners, teachers, architects, and designers.
  • Actively contribute to building long-term customer relationships through consultative selling.
  • Process orders efficiently using sales inventory management software.
  • Maintain clear communication with management by submitting regular activity reports and sales metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new product developments and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback that supports product enhancements.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels by communicating demand trends to the supply chain team.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company and showcase products.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in sales workflows.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • One year of proven inside sales experience; direct sales experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer experience; ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong math skills and organizational abilities.
  • Interest or experience in the dance or theater community is a plus.
