About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative remote to join our team in Philadelphia. This is a hybrid opportunity that allows you to work both from home and in the office. As an Inside Sales Representative remote, you will play a key role in preparing detailed and accurate quotes for dance flooring systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed quotations for dance floor systems, incorporating product specifications and delivery logistics.
- Provide inbound sales and technical assistance to dance professionals, studio owners, teachers, architects, and designers.
- Actively contribute to building long-term customer relationships through consultative selling.
- Process orders efficiently using sales inventory management software.
- Maintain clear communication with management by submitting regular activity reports and sales metrics.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new product developments and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback that supports product enhancements.
- Assist in managing inventory levels by communicating demand trends to the supply chain team.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company and showcase products.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in sales workflows.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- One year of proven inside sales experience; direct sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer experience; ERP experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and organizational abilities.
- Interest or experience in the dance or theater community is a plus.
