About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales. You will work closely with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring that all campaigns align with our brand's commercial objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the influencer marketing strategy that aligns with brand and campaign goals.
  • Identify and categorize key influencers across various tiers (mega, macro, micro, nano) in priority markets.
  • Build and manage annual influencer roadmaps for key events and product launches.
  • Source, vet, and onboard influencers that resonate with our brand's DNA and target audience.
  • Oversee the entire influencer management process, including outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Create detailed briefs for influencers that include key messages, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs to optimize performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and emerging trends.
  • Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics effectively.
