Industrialization Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Project Manager to join our Manufacturing Engineering team at Expleo. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to the industrialization and optimization of production processes.

What You'll Do

• Analyze needs and define technical and functional specifications.
• Lead equipment projects: design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Organize and conduct validation tests (FAT/SAT) and monitor performance (KPIs).
• Oversee production integration: installation, commissioning, ramp-up, and documentation.
• Coordinate training for operators, technicians, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure continuous improvement and capitalize on feedback to optimize equipment and processes.
• Travel regularly (1-2 days monthly, then weekly) as required.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, focusing on industrialization process creation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of the industrial environment, particularly in chemical processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Autonomous and experienced, demonstrating leadership in managing various internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of installation phases and chemical risk management is advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management within the manufacturing sector.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in French is beneficial.
