Independent Living Sales Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Independent Living Sales Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead marketing and leasing functions, conduct community tours, and respond to inquiries. Your efforts will directly impact our community's success and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inquiries and provide timely sales information regarding the community.
- Schedule and conduct community tours to showcase our offerings.
- Enter all leads into the CRM database and follow up appropriately.
- Participate in outreach events and programs to market and sell the community.
- Develop relationships with prospective residents to facilitate the sales process.
- Promote housing accommodations and additional services to increase sales.
- Coordinate with the Executive Director to ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve desired occupancy levels.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED; Associate's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of leasing experience, preferably in senior housing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
