Implementation Consultant (CRM, Automation, Data, AI) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant (CRM, Automation, Data, AI) remote to join our dynamic team at Swans. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy tackling complex systems, this role is perfect for you. You will showcase your technical skills while addressing operational challenges for law firm owners. As an Implementation Consultant, you will deploy CRM configurations, project management systems, automation workflows, analytics dashboards, and AI implementations, all while identifying business bottlenecks and designing solutions that streamline entire practices.

What You'll Do

• Engage in hands-on system design, building, and implementation (75% of your role).
• Conduct operational analysis and client interactions (25% of your role).
• Build automated email, SMS, and AI workflows to ensure instant lead response and qualification for CRM systems.
• Standardize and automate project management systems to clear backlogs and create a reliable source of truth.
• Develop data pipelines and profitability dashboards that provide real-time clarity for firm owners.
• Consolidate document templates into smart templates and build automation that generates complex documents in seconds.
• Lead AI training sessions to embed practical and efficient AI use into daily work.
• Uncover operational challenges and connect them to technical solutions for law firms.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in client-facing or consulting positions.
• Proven track record of deploying and configuring CRMs, project management systems, analytics dashboards, automation tools, and AI applications.
• Strong communication skills to present to law firm staff and senior executives.
• Systems thinking approach to connect technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Builder mentality with high attention to detail in designing, testing, and perfecting systems.
• Professional English fluency at a minimum B2 level.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and adapt approaches.
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), automation tools (e.g., Zapier), and data analysis (e.g., PowerBI).

Nice to Have

• Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI).
• Familiarity with REST APIs for integration.
• Portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate systematic problem-solving approaches.
