About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Associate - Remote to join our team at Honor. In this role, you will support the onboarding of new Care Professionals, ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform. As an Implementation Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for Care Pros, managing critical data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of care delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main contact for Care Professionals during their onboarding process.
  • Ensure a smooth transition by managing and tracking critical data.
  • Partner with various teams to facilitate effective communication and support.
  • Maintain high standards of care delivery throughout the onboarding process.
  • Utilize dashboards to track the progress of Care Pro transitions.
  • Participate in internal meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Provide additional capacity to support other areas as necessary.
  • Embrace a 'Mission First' mentality in all tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or implementation.
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or onboarding is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and database management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of aging care services.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
