What You'll Do

Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a PhD student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (ABD status preferred).
- Strong foundation in employee selection and psychometrics.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS).
- Excellent technical writing and synthesis skills.
- Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Collaborative spirit and openness to feedback.
