Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a PhD student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (ABD status preferred).
  • Strong foundation in employee selection and psychometrics.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS).
  • Excellent technical writing and synthesis skills.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative spirit and openness to feedback.

  • Previous internship experience in a related field.
