Human Resources Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic People Experience team in a remote capacity. This Human Resources Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career in HR while gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, benefits, compliance, and learning and development. As a key connector, you will collaborate with HR managers to coordinate interviews, schedule onboarding sessions, and keep projects moving across the employee lifecycle. This role builds a strong foundation in HR, fosters relationships across the business, and creates pathways for growth into advanced HR positions, all while contributing to a seamless and positive employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and serve as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review.
  • Create and maintain intranet sites.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee paperwork, data entry, and policy sign-off.
  • Organize and maintain files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
  • Assist in scheduling and logistics for development initiatives.
  • Set up and manage the administration of assessments and surveys.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by People Experience managers.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and foster both internal and external customer relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to shift across multiple priorities without losing focus.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Co-Pilot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human resource-related discipline or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of human resource practices.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting HR, preferably in the IT or healthcare industry.
  • Experience using Talent management, HRIS, and/or applicant tracking software.
