About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable HubSpot / CRM / Data Assistant to support our sales and marketing processes on a freelance basis, 100% remote. As a HubSpot / CRM / Data Assistant remote, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, structuring, and optimizing our CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and optimize CRM data in HubSpot to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Support website maintenance via HubSpot CMS, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Set up and manage workflows, forms, and lists to streamline processes.
  • Conduct data cleaning, segmentation, and simple evaluations to enhance data quality.
  • Assist in the technical implementation of campaigns and automations, contributing to overall marketing success.

Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot, particularly in CRM, CMS, and data management.
  • Good technical understanding and a structured, precise working style.
  • Affinity for data maintenance, list management, and system processes.
  • Team player with reliability and the ability to work independently.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
