Director of AI Transformation - Remote

About the Role

Moburst is seeking a Director of AI Transformation to join our innovative team. In this remote role, you will lead the charge in revolutionizing our Public Relations operations through AI-driven solutions. Your expertise will help us identify and automate manual workflows, allowing our team to focus on strategic initiatives that drive results.

What You'll Do

• Audit and map existing PR operational workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Design, build, and implement AI-driven automations and systems to enhance outreach, reporting, media tracking, and account coordination.
• Create structured workflows that minimize reliance on manual tasks.
• Train and support the PR team in adopting new AI-powered processes.
• Continuously improve and optimize systems based on performance metrics and team feedback.
• Measure the impact of implemented solutions, focusing on time saved, error reduction, and output increase.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI automation, operations optimization, or process design.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, N8N, Airtable).
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience working closely with non-technical teams, particularly in an agency or PR environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive ownership mentality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code solutions.
