About the Role

Join Binance as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist in this exciting remote position. As part of the Binance Accelerator Program, you will gain invaluable experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 space. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading blockchain ecosystem, trusted by over 230 million users worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Support the recruitment team and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle across global business units.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage interview logistics across multiple time zones and locations.
  • Develop and post job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and teams.
  • Pre-screen resumes and ensure all necessary HR forms and documents are tracked and filed accordingly.
  • Work on other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (ongoing); Human Resource-related fields are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • A strong willingness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with Excel and commitment to a minimum of 6 months full-time/part-time work arrangement.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles.
  • Familiarity with blockchain or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
