About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to join our team in a remote capacity. As an HR People Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR processes and ensuring a positive workplace culture. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement HR processes from scratch to support organizational growth.
• Utilize automation tools such as Hubspot and Zapier to streamline HR operations.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and mentoring programs for new hires.
• Facilitate strong communication within the team through regular 1-1 meetings.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting top talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR People Partner.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and native proficiency in Russian.
• Experience with HR automation tools such as Hubspot and Zapier.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
