- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor laws and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement organizational development initiatives.
- Facilitate employee relations and support conflict resolution.
- Assist in contract negotiations and legal documentation.
- Utilize tools like Workday, Slack, Jira, and Confluence for efficient operations.
- Support learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
- Familiarity with payroll administration and benefits management.
- Understanding of Ukrainian labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting.
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
Nice to Have
- Experience in motion design or art direction.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
- Previous experience as a business analyst.
