What You'll Do

  • Facilitate employee relations and support conflict resolution.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and legal documentation.
  • Utilize tools like Workday, Slack, Jira, and Confluence for efficient operations.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
  • Familiarity with payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Understanding of Ukrainian labor laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in motion design or art direction.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
  • Previous experience as a business analyst.
