HR Operations Specialist - Remote Opportunities Available

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join our team at JND Inc. This HR Operations Specialist role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while providing operational support to our HR Business Partner teams. You will play a crucial role in managing core HR functions and ensuring smooth HR operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist HR Business Partners with various HR-related issues, including day-to-day tasks and people processes.
• Support voluntary and involuntary separations, including drafting legal agreements and conducting exit interviews.
• Manage workforce planning, including headcount creation and management.
• Work efficiently with datasets in Excel, utilizing v-lookups and pivot tables.
• Collect and report data related to HR People Metrics and provide HR audit support.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as requested, showcasing your problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in HR technologies and core HR business practices.
• Strong data-driven mindset with excellent modeling and data visualization skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and remotely.
• Experience with HRIS tools, particularly Workday, is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
