HR Manager - Remote Opportunities with Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Unison. This HR Manager role offers the opportunity to work remotely while providing essential support to our TDI location. You will be instrumental in guiding client group leaders, managers, and employees on various organizational and employee matters, ensuring a positive work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to site leadership and employees, focusing on employee advocacy, HR fundamentals, and performance management.
  • Ensure all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved.
  • Advise managers and employees on the consistent application of policies and procedures to promote an ethical work environment.
  • Lead HR process improvements and key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance.
  • Conduct HR training and support functional processes like salary planning and new employee orientation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data with utmost care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience with 4 years in HR.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or relevant work experience.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Experience using LEAN practices in transactional processes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience in innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
  • Ability to diffuse tense situations and create a positive work environment.
