• Maintain employee handbook for compliance with employment laws.
• Provide support for immigration processes as needed.
• Administer offboarding processes to ensure a positive exit experience.
• Utilize your 3-5+ years of HR experience to navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Implement best practices in leave management and employment law compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of leave management and California employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and proven success in dynamic environments.
