About the Role

What You'll Do

- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, and Slack to streamline HR processes.
- Provide analytical insights to improve HR operations and employee experience.
- Negotiate contracts and support legal compliance in HR matters.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficient in HR tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, and Slack.
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal background is a plus.

- Experience in contract negotiations and corporate law.
- Familiarity with employee records management.
