About the Role

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team remotely, specializing in visa sponsorship opportunities for international professionals. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the HR lifecycle for employees in Saudi Arabia.

What You'll Do

  • Support all administrative tasks related to HR processes and local authorities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their employees, ensuring smooth communication and support.
  • Handle visa-related processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, while maintaining compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Collaborate with the company GRO to complete tasks on time and address any potential issues proactively.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting employment offers and termination letters.
  • Maintain HR software with necessary documents and ensure proper storage of consultant-related documents.
  • Process payroll through Mudad and manage leave and expense claims.
  • Explore and connect with international employers offering visa sponsorship opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when dealing with clients and consultants.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
