HR Administrator & Recruiter - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator and Recruiter to join our team remotely. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. What You'll Do
- Maintain employee records in compliance with PDPA and internal data governance policies.
- Coordinate new-hire orientation, prepare employment contracts, and manage exit formalities.
- Participate in HR initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and performance review cycles.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Conduct Return-to-Work interviews and coordinate accommodations for employees returning from medical leave.
- Work with hiring managers to define job requisitions and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various channels, ensuring a consistent interview experience.
- Track key metrics and provide monthly reports to the HR Manager on recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive HR administration experience, with at least 1 year in recruitment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of PDPA principles and data handling practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative and recruitment tasks efficiently.
- Empathetic and service-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
