About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator and Recruiter to join our team remotely. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. What You'll Do

  • Maintain employee records in compliance with PDPA and internal data governance policies.
  • Coordinate new-hire orientation, prepare employment contracts, and manage exit formalities.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and performance review cycles.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Conduct Return-to-Work interviews and coordinate accommodations for employees returning from medical leave.
  • Work with hiring managers to define job requisitions and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various channels, ensuring a consistent interview experience.
  • Track key metrics and provide monthly reports to the HR Manager on recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of progressive HR administration experience, with at least 1 year in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of PDPA principles and data handling practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative and recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Empathetic and service-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
  • Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
