What You'll Do
- Own your sales pipeline—tracking outreach, calls, follow-ups, and deal flow.
- Understand client needs and position talent solutions effectively.
- Build and lead a team of closers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Participate in weekly internal team calls to strategize and share insights.
- Utilize your proven success in closing high-ticket services ($5K–$50K+) to drive revenue.
- Leverage your experience selling into eCommerce, marketing, agency, or consulting spaces.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of recruiting or B2B service sales.
- Handle objections confidently and engage in consultative sales processes.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Experience in recruiting or sales management is a plus.
