As a High Ticket Sales Closer, you will close inbound and self-sourced leads, contributing significantly to our sales success.

What You'll Do

• Own your sales pipeline—tracking outreach, calls, follow-ups, and deal flow.
• Understand client needs and position talent solutions effectively.
• Build and lead a team of closers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in weekly internal team calls to strategize and share insights.
• Utilize your proven success in closing high-ticket services ($5K–$50K+) to drive revenue.
• Leverage your experience selling into eCommerce, marketing, agency, or consulting spaces.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of recruiting or B2B service sales.
• Handle objections confidently and engage in consultative sales processes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in B2B environments.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Experience in recruiting or sales management is a plus.
