Head of Sales - Payment Solutions Remote

We’re hiring a Head of Sales to join our innovative team in the payment solutions sector. This Head of Sales remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships while working in a flexible environment. What You'll Do

  • Sell and promote our payment products and services across various industries.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored payment solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Lead product demos and client presentations, clearly communicating the value and differentiation of our offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from negotiation and pricing to contract signing and client onboarding.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to track progress and inform strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, risks, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech and product teams to ensure high-quality client support and solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in PSP, fintech, or payments sales.
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the payments market, trends, and high-risk segments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and experience preparing reports and forecasts.
  • Quick thinking, adaptability, and confidence in handling client objections.
  • English: Intermediate or higher proficiency.
