About the Role

We are seeking a Head of RTO to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead operations in the rapidly evolving crypto trading environment. As the Head of RTO, you will oversee the company's platforms, ensuring the seamless reception, transmission, and execution of client orders while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor the company’s platforms to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Prepare various reports for management and clients, providing insights into trading activities.
  • Implement and enhance the company’s execution and Best Interest Policy.
  • Suggest continuous improvements to operational procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Conduct trade surveillance and monitor transactions to ensure compliance and security.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations technology teams on system enhancements, focusing on automatic monitoring solutions.
  • Test software releases, upgrades, and applications as part of the trading system.
  • Control trade processing to the clearing firm accurately and efficiently, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Assist with reconciliations, fund, and balance settlements at the end of the trading day.
  • Troubleshoot various trading issues and liaise with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform preliminary analysis of customer complaints and conduct competitor analysis and market research as needed.

Requirements

  • University/College Graduate.
  • Holder of CySec Advance Certificate.
  • 5 years of experience in Brokerage services within a CySec regulated environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Ability to work in an intensive environment and under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools in operational settings.
  • Knowledge of trading systems and software.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the crypto space.
