About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Partnerships to join PrimeXBT as a remote leader in the dynamic cryptocurrency trading industry. As the Head of Partnerships, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our partnership strategy and make a significant impact on our business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive revenue growth via key partnerships in the cryptocurrency and CFD sectors.
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other key partnerships, setting targets and KPIs to ensure success.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and compliance departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  • Develop strategies to attract and onboard new IBs, enhancing our partner network.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing initiatives for IBs.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide educational resources to help IBs effectively promote our services.
  • Identify and evaluate expansion regions in line with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, particularly in cryptocurrency and CFDs.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Strong functional leadership skills with a focus on partnership economics and relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and go-to-market strategies through partnerships.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of markets operating in crypto assets, CFDs, and other asset classes, particularly in SEA, Africa, and LATAM.
