About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for a cluster of two schools in Portugal. This Head of Marketing remote position will focus on driving enrolment growth, retention, and brand positioning while ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the marketing strategy and operations for two schools, ensuring consistency of brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team to align strategies with ISP guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure marketing activities support enrolment growth.
  • Drive the development of a corporate identity and brand playbook, maintaining consistent application across all platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates and social media engagement, to generate leads and retain students.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, creating counter-campaigns to differentiate the schools.
  • Lead planning and participation in school events, developing promotional materials and coordinating communications.
  • Provide regular updates to the Heads of Schools and support general marketing administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or Business.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in education or service industries.
  • Experience in cluster or multi-site marketing leadership is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong track record in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong project management, content creation, and brand development skills.

  • Agency management and negotiation experience across media and channels.
