Head of Link Building - iGaming Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Head of Link Building to join our dynamic team at IndexEmpire. This is a remote position where you will lead our link building strategies across numerous iGaming projects. As the Head of Link Building, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our SEO efforts and driving traffic to our clients' websites.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive link building strategies for dozens of websites.
• Conduct audits and analyze current backlink profiles to identify growth opportunities.
• Connect and scale various link sources, including outreach, PBNs, and permanent placements.
• Build and manage an in-house team of link builders and outreach specialists.
• Establish reporting, KPIs, quality control, and risk management processes.
• Monitor domain metrics, DR dynamics, backlink profiles, and their impact on rankings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in link building with a deep understanding of Google ranking factors.
• Experience in iGaming or other highly competitive niches.
• Practical experience working with RU and Tier-1 GEOs.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and manage a team effectively.
• Systematic thinking, results-oriented mindset, and scalability focus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with social media marketing.
