Head of Infrastructure Services - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Infrastructure Services to join Anchorage Digital in a remote capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and build the infrastructure-as-a-service business within our Financial Infrastructure group. As the Head of Infrastructure Services, you will lead a highly technical team focused on developing, managing, and executing the overall business strategy while overseeing the product roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement the business strategy for the infrastructure-as-a-service model at Anchorage Digital.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and manage internal deadlines.
• Engage with current and prospective clients to gather feedback on products and services.
• Establish pricing and revenue models while supporting client support operations.
• Document and report on strategic proposals to drive business forward.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fintech, particularly in banking-as-a-service and software-as-a-service models.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing discussions.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding team members on best practices.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and translate strategy into operational results.
