Head of AI Strategy & Enablement - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of AI Strategy & Enablement to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the Head of AI Strategy & Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI initiatives and driving organizational change. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative AI solutions that enhance our business operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with organizational goals and drives business growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI technologies into existing processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI implementation and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
• Oversee governance frameworks and compliance measures related to AI projects, ensuring ethical and responsible use of technology.
• Manage budget allocation for AI initiatives and track performance metrics to measure success.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to explore emerging technologies and enhance our AI capabilities.
• Drive training programs and develop sales enablement materials to support AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI strategy development and organizational change management.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight of AI projects.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks related to AI implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis to inform decision-making.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on AI strategy and enablement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in blockchain technology and its applications in AI.
• Knowledge of sales operations and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Android development and related technologies.
