About the Role
We are seeking a talented Hardware Engineer to join our team at Babcock International. What You'll Do
- Take ownership of hardware-based design activities, producing equipment specifications and associated documentation.

- Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers to develop technical solutions and design improvements.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including detailed product design artifacts and drawings.
- Work independently while effectively managing time and resources to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or recognized engineering qualifications.
- Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering roles.
- Proficiency in applicable engineering toolsets such as PLM or MRP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results.
Nice to Have
- Experience in creating Product Baseline documentation.
- Familiarity with design, simulation, and analysis software.
- Knowledge of product safety and risk management.
