About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, and Ashby to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on market trends.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a GTM or technical recruiting environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI and machine learning recruitment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of people operations and HRIS systems.
