- Leverage data-driven recruitment techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a GTM or technical recruiting environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI and machine learning recruitment.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of people operations and HRIS systems.
