What You'll Do

• Design and implement tailored marketing strategies for Seer’s audience, utilizing social media, digital content, and guerrilla marketing.
• Lead guerrilla marketing campaigns that spark viral conversations, particularly within Twitter and online communities.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our audience, including memes, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Engage directly with Seer’s community to foster discussions and build brand loyalty.
• Monitor trends on social media platforms to enhance Seer’s visibility and grow its following.
• Optimize paid acquisition budgets and improve conversion rates at each step of the funnel.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights to refine future strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing with a focus on social media and community building.
• Deep understanding of Twitter culture and trends, especially in the crypto space.
• Proficiency in meme culture and creating viral content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and SEO tools.
• Creative and analytical mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse online communities.
