About the Role

Join TryHackMe as a Growth Marketing Manager (Influencer & Creator) and help us build a robust influencer-led growth engine. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of making cybersecurity education accessible and engaging.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the influencer and creator growth strategy, focusing on cybersecurity educators, practitioners, and technical creators across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard creators who align with TryHackMe’s mission and values.
  • Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns, including educational content, tutorials, live streams, and community activations.
  • Manage end-to-end creator partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Define success metrics for influencer programs, tracking traffic, sign-ups, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creators into events and community programs.
  • Run experiments to identify scalable growth levers across various creator formats and platforms.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling creator or influencer programs with measurable growth impact.
  • Strong understanding of creator platforms and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong judgment around brand safety and authenticity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or technical education.
  • Familiarity with affiliate or ambassador-style growth programs.
  • Startup or scale-up experience with ownership of strategy.
