About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Lead to join our team at KernelDAO. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the next wave of growth and Total Value Locked (TVL) expansion for our innovative platform. As a Growth Marketing Lead remote professional, you will work closely with our ambitious team to redefine the restaking and decentralized finance landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive TVL and user acquisition.
  • Leverage your expertise in tokenomics and DeFi marketing to enhance our outreach and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and alpha communities to amplify our marketing efforts.
  • Analyze performance marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and community engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in token marketing, DeFi marketing, or Web3 growth roles.
  • Deep understanding of tokenomics, staking, and validator incentives.
  • Proven track record in driving TVL growth and managing crypto acquisition funnels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with experience in project management.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a token marketing role at a top-tier DeFi or LRT project.
  • Familiarity with restaking, liquid staking, and validator coordination.
  • Experience leading growth experiments with high capital efficiency.
