Growth Engineer - GTM Systems for Healthcare FinTech

About the Role

We're hiring a Growth Engineer (GTM Systems) to join our dynamic team at Nitra. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical architecture that drives our growth in the healthcare fintech sector. As a Growth Engineer, you will be responsible for building automated systems and data pipelines that optimize the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions empower doctors to manage their practices efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain robust data pipelines using Fivetran, BigQuery, and Sigma to ensure a single source of truth for GTM data.
• Develop deep lead enrichment workflows and automated outbound campaigns to drive high-volume, high-quality pipeline.
• Manage the full marketing tech stack, including CRM integrations, drip campaigns, cookie tracking, and intent signal ingestion.
• Oversee Salesforce (SFDC) administration, managing complex integrations via APIs and ensuring data integrity.
• Set up and maintain web properties on Replit, leveraging Clay for advanced sales automation.
• Deploy AI tools to automate repetitive marketing tasks and enhance SEO campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Salesforce (SFDC) Certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Python for data manipulation and automation scripts.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for web development and server-side logic.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data modeling and warehouse management.
• Experience with data warehouse management and pipeline tools like Fivetran and BigQuery.
• Proven track record in managing APIs and complex integrations between CRM and third-party marketing tools.
• Hands-on experience using Replit for web development and deployment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with sales and marketing automation platforms, specifically Clay.
• Understanding of modern marketing tech stacks, including SEO tools and intent data providers.
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive efficiency in GTM operations.
