Principal Product Manager - Local Market & Growth (Latin America)

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Latin America. As a Principal Product Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of crypto trading in the region. You will be responsible for identifying unique market opportunities and driving product strategies that resonate with local users.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities specific to Latin American markets, including regional payment rails and local trading behaviors.
• Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to LatAm user segments, ensuring alignment with local growth objectives.
• Own and optimize the full user trading journey across APP and WEB, from discovery to post-trade review.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback specific to LatAm markets to identify pain points and high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to translate user insights into shipped product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to prioritize and measure outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills, aligning teams around a shared vision.

Nice-To-Haves

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Direct experience in the Latin American market.
• Hands-on trading experience in FX, stocks, or crypto.
