About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer remote who thinks differently and designs with intention. With 3 to 5 years of experience, you’ll turn strategy into visuals that truly resonate. From brand identity to digital campaigns, you understand how it all connects. You’re creative yet structured, caring about typography as much as impact. This Graphic Designer remote position allows you to work independently while feeling part of something bigger.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute creative assets for offline and online platforms aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels, translating marketing briefs into high-impact visual concepts.
  • Create visual content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Design website assets including banners, landing pages, and product visuals.
  • Support e-commerce visuals, including product pages and promotional graphics.
  • Design materials for campaigns, launches, activations, and events, collaborating closely with the marketing team.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, maintaining organized file structures and version control.
  • Prepare and present creative proposals internally, ensuring proper handover of final assets.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in graphic design, either in an agency or in-house setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work across digital and print mediums.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Full professional proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Experience designing for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • Motion design and video editing skills, including Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
