Graphic Design Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. This Graphic Design Specialist remote position offers an exciting opportunity to elevate EBQ’s clients through innovative brand development. You will shape and bring to life our clients' stories and identities through stunning graphic design, web design, and other creative projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including web layouts, social ads, presentations, and ebooks.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with assigned clients to influence project direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication skills to manage time and expectations.
• Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews.
• Assist in determining the message the design should portray and ensure branding consistency and quality.
• Develop relationships with assigned clients to maintain a tight brand presence across organizations.
• Accurately implement EBQ’s processes and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets.
• Work effectively in a collaborative environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of design principles and proficiency with wireframing/UI/UX.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word.
• Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress and WPBakery (or similar Page Builders).
