About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Capua. As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will extract, clean, and interpret large amounts of data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and support the development of high-quality SaaS products.

What You'll Do

• Extract data from primary and secondary sources, reorganizing it into formats that can be easily read by both humans and machines.
• Utilize statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends and patterns valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
• Prepare reports for management that highlight trends, patterns, and predictions based on relevant data.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to implement and refine data collection techniques.
• Assist in designing and implementing databases and data collection systems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics activities.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on industry developments and advancements in data analysis tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
