Global Account Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Global Account Manager to join our team at GN Store Nord. This remote position allows you to turn global relationships into growth while bringing people closer together. As our new Global Account Manager, you will help deliver on our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You’ll own selected global accounts, build trusted relationships at all levels, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with regional sales and support teams to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize global account management skills to execute sales plans to capture customer category share and ensure a long-term relationship, delivering recurring revenue in all regions.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to the organization in support of the Jabra go-to-market strategy, programs, and offerings.
- Effectively utilize the solution sales process and CRM to build and manage a customer opportunity pipeline to meet sales objectives.
- Create and maintain a monthly overview of the biggest opportunities, projects won, and topics within GA customers in EMEA & CALA.
- Develop and execute account sales plans to capture market share, meeting regional and global revenue goals, gross margin targets, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Global or International Sales or Business Development for Enterprise Accounts.
- Experience as a Sales/Business Development professional with a true “Hunter-mentality” and excellence in Account Management.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and gain buy-in across all cultures, whether in person or via a screen.
- Experience communicating with C-level customers.
- Experience working in an international sales environment and collaborating across nationalities and personalities.
- Ability to capture, process, and analyze data to make intelligent decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM and Microsoft Office applications to manage sales territories and meet management reporting responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to balance stakeholders.
