About the Role

We are seeking a Global Talent Recruiter to join our team at Lima, a company dedicated to attracting the world’s best talent to the United States. This remote Global Talent Recruiter position allows you to work from anywhere in the U.S. while contributing to a mission-driven organization that values innovation and diversity.

What You'll Do

  • Own Global Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top global talent across various channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and academic networks.
  • Run a World-Class Talent Process: Conduct initial screens to evaluate candidates’ skills and guide them through Lima’s immigration and placement pathways.
  • Partner With Immigration & Program Teams: Translate legal realities into clear expectations for candidates and collaborate on program design.
  • Build and Nurture Talent Communities: Maintain warm relationships with promising candidates and become a recognizable face among high-potential candidates abroad.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in filling hard roles or sourcing hard-to-reach talent.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience working with international candidates and/or distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with immigration-related recruiting.
  • Familiarity with U.S. visa categories.
  • Prior experience recruiting for high-growth startups or tech companies.
