About the Role

We are seeking a Global Payroll Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Global Payroll Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our payroll strategy and ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end global payroll process, ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing.
• Implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze payroll data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead payroll transformation projects, leveraging technology to enhance payroll operations.
• Provide guidance on payroll compliance and regulations to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure seamless payroll processing.
• Mentor and develop a team of payroll professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems, such as Workday, ADP, or similar.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Certifications in payroll management or HR.
