Fullstack Software Engineer - Remote Healthcare Automation
About the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team at Keragon. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing healthcare operations through our HIPAA-compliant, no-code automation platform. Your expertise will help us empower healthcare organizations to seamlessly connect diverse systems and automate essential tasks.
What You'll Do
- Design and scale core systems: Architect and evolve the core components of our platform, including the workflow runtime engine, AI Copilot, and API.
- Build fullstack features end to end: Develop user-facing features in the workflow editor UI and connect them to backend services through our API.
- Enhance automation capabilities: Improve the workflow execution engine to support more complex use cases and increase performance.
- Drive integrations with our SDK and CLI: Contribute to the development of our connector SDK and CLI, building secure and high-performance integrations with third-party APIs.
- Optimize system performance and security: Deliver HIPAA-compliant, fault-tolerant solutions while applying best practices in monitoring, testing, and securing both backend and frontend components.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers and customer-facing teams to turn complex requirements into clean, usable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven coding skills: Experience in any modern programming language, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
- Engineering fundamentals: Strong grasp of software engineering principles, including unit and integration testing, fault tolerance, performance, and scalability.
- Fullstack experience: Proven ability to build, debug, and maintain both frontend and backend systems in production environments.
- End-to-end ownership: Experience in shipping complete features or products independently.
- Mission-driven: Motivated by meaningful work and excited to solve real problems in healthcare.
- Fluent communication in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for our international team.
