About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeping Unit Aide to join our compassionate team at Martha & Mary in Poulsbo, Washington. As a Housekeeping Unit Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents. What You'll Do

• Perform daily cleaning of all resident and common areas to ensure a sanitary and attractive environment.
• Implement strict infection control measures to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Adapt to frequent changes in tasks and procedures while maintaining efficiency.
• Read and follow cleaning directions unsupervised, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Conduct yourself in a professional, positive, and ethical manner at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to meet customer demands.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
