Full-Stack Developer - Java, Spring, React for Sales Processes

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our product team focused on sales processes. As a Full-Stack Developer remote, you will play a crucial role in developing software that enhances sales efficiency. Our solutions are deeply integrated with customer systems, providing intelligent interfaces, such as those for MS Dynamics 365. What You'll Do

• Engage in full-stack development from A to Z using Java, Spring, and React.
• Design and implement new product features while improving existing components.
• Participate in agile product development, contributing your ideas and actively shaping our development process.
• Work on integrations and services that reliably connect our applications with external systems.
• Collaborate closely with team members, supporting each other and celebrating successes together.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional development experience with a solid understanding of Java, Spring, and React.
• Experience in larger software projects, preferably in an agile environment or using the Product Operation Model (POM).
• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and receiving feedback.
• Open to using AI as a supportive tool in development, with some experience in AI development being a plus.
• Fluent in German, with a good command of English for communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of modern development tools and methodologies.
