Fuel Center Clerk - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Fuel Center Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Fuel Center Clerk, you will assist customers and manage cash registers while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fuel center. What You'll Do

• Assist customers with fuel purchases and manage cash register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel center area.
• Complete daily inspections and fill out incident and security reports.
• Promote and adhere to company initiatives and safety guidelines.
• Engage with customers to model Customer 1st behavior and encourage fellow associates.
• Handle fuel spills and complete necessary reporting.
• Answer telephone inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts with professionalism.

Requirements

• Familiarity with industry terms and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle conflict effectively.
• Willingness to assist individuals with special needs or older adults.
