What You'll Do
- Provide inbound first and second-level support to customers via email and phone.
- Conduct call-backs to clarify open issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document and categorize inquiries in our ticket system for efficient tracking.
- Assist with administrative tasks in the back office to support overall operations.
- Collaborate with our team to continuously optimize processes and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Training as an accountant or tax clerk is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or call center roles, with inbound support being a plus.
- Structured and independent work style with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient use of digital tools and common communication systems.
- Professional and empathetic demeanor, even in challenging situations.
- Availability on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00 with flexible scheduling options.
- Must have own equipment (laptop, headset, stable internet connection).
