About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Freelancer Customer Service Representative to join our team at hey contact heroes. This position is fully remote and available to candidates located in the EU. As a Freelancer Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with general product advice and sales support. What You'll Do

  • Provide general product advice and sales support to customers.
  • Assist new and existing customers in assessing their product needs.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Must reside in the EU or be planning to move there.
  • Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 certified).
  • Ability to work independently with high reliability.
  • A private workspace free from third-party visibility.
  • Access to necessary hardware including two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, and headset.
  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (wired).
