About the Role

What You'll Do
- Provide general product advice and sales support to customers.
- Assist new and existing customers in assessing their product needs.
- Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and professionally.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Must reside in the EU or be planning to move there.
- Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 certified).
- Ability to work independently with high reliability.
- A private workspace free from third-party visibility.
- Access to necessary hardware including two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, and headset.
- Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (wired).
