About the Role

We are seeking a talented Freelance UX/UI Designer to join our team remotely. As a Freelance UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the usability and design of our product pages and dashboards. Your expertise will help us create a more engaging and user-friendly experience for our audience.

What You'll Do

• Improve usability, spacing, hierarchy, and clarity across various digital platforms.
• Understand product thinking and user flows to create intuitive designs.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Conduct audits of existing data and website pages to identify areas for improvement.
• Redesign key product landing pages to enhance user experience.
• Create organized Figma files that reflect our design system guidelines.
• Establish and maintain design system guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Suggest UX improvements based on user behavior and insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• A strong portfolio showcasing modern SaaS or data product designs.
• Experience designing dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Ability to work within an existing brand while bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams to achieve project goals.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
