Technical Business Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst - Remote to join our team at Gurobi Optimization. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our solutions align with business goals and technical architecture. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our optimization software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses to align business needs with system capabilities, ensuring optimal solutions.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and data models that illustrate business processes.
• Partner with developers to design scalable business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that functional expectations are met before deployment.
• Support quality assurance efforts to ensure alignment with business requirements and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in business applications or systems analysis.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, demonstrating proficiency in CRM systems.
• Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive documentation.
• Experience in UAT and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with system integrations like NetSuite and MuleSoft is a plus.
