About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Freelance Travel Manager to join our team remotely. As a Freelance Travel Manager, you will support clients in planning their travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients in quoting travel requests, including transfers, accommodation, tours, activities, and car rentals.
• Manage issues or inconveniences that arise during trips, including handling complaints and refunds.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and all necessary documentation to meet client needs.
• Enter data into our software and keep client files updated and organized.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during the travel process.
• Work independently while also collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive service.
• Adapt to new technologies, processes, and social media platforms to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving travel industry.
• Ability to work comfortably in a remote environment.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
